Delete Your Account and Data
Delete your account in the app or request deletion by email. Never send a password, payment details or an unnecessary ID copy.

Delete in the app
Path: MY → Settings → Delete account
- Sign in to WAVYON.
- Open MY → Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the notice and confirm.
Request by email
Email developer@wavyon.app with your Google/Apple provider, account email or public member ID, and whether you want the whole account or specific content deleted. Minimal information may be requested to verify ownership.
What happens
Sessions, social links and push tokens are removed immediately. Profile identifiers are deleted or de-identified. UGC and message source text is made inaccessible and removed immediately, uploaded files within 7 days, security logs within 90 days, minimized reports/support/audit records within 1 year, and backups within 30 days. Statutory records, if any, remain isolated only for the required period.
Result
After verification and review, the outcome is sent to the contact email. See the Privacy Policy for details.
