What to include
- The screen and steps that reproduce the issue
- Date and time, app version, device and OS
- The exact error or a screenshot with personal information hidden
- A relevant public URL or ID and the resolution you want
Do not send: passwords, authentication tokens, complete identity documents, card details or unnecessary third-party personal data.
Safety and rights reports
For immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first. For unlawful content, child safety, rights infringement or account-action appeals, provide the target, reason and only the minimum evidence needed.
Account deletion
Go to MY → Settings → Delete account or read the web instructions.
